- Make sure all utilities are operating
- Monitor the landscape, pool, and maid service
- Operate appliances and check softener
- Remove all flyers and papers on the drive and entry
- Run water through all faucets and flush toilets
- Visual inspection of the complete interior and exterior*
- Water the house plants

- Arrange for repairs
- Fresh flowers awaiting your arrival
- Laundry service, including fresh linens on the beds and clean towels in the bathrooms
- Remove and/or forward your personal mail
- Monitor remodeling projects and email the photographs of the project status to you
